Honeyberries ripen before strawberries — the first fresh fruit of the season, every year. Aurora produces large, dark blue berries with a blueberry-raspberry flavor profile. Extremely cold-hardy (Zone 2) and one of the most underplanted fruit crops in the Midwest.
